Wondershare PDF Editor software is able to create PDF files from the Microsoft Office software packages; also including the various image files.
A person can now easily manipulate the text, images, and add or remove watermarks on the PDF pages. Converting PDF to Word, Excel, or to the various standard image formats, such as .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif, and .bmp. PDF documents can be digitally signed by scanning your signature and then embedding the image of your signature into the PDF file. The program has the various pre-defined approval stamps; including the following, "Reviewed”, “Approved”, “Confidential", Etc.
This software has the ability to protect you PDF files with a password, as well as adding special permission flags restricting users the ability to print, copy, edit, and extract text from the PDF document.

After using the Mac version 4.0.2 app for a few days now, it works well enough for the $49.95 price but has some annoying shortcoming that should be an easy fix. (1) There needs to be a way to enter the exact size W x H, of the field boxes rather than just creating them by dragging the mouse. Also, positioning field boxes with the arrow keys needs to have a way for minimal adjustment (perhaps by holding down the option key while using the arrows for one pixel at a time movement). (2) Unless, I'm missing something, I still have to set the background color with the color wheel, every time I create a new text field. Should be able to set it once and every new text box I create will have the same settings until I change it again. (3) There is no way to have the fields visible to searches such as with spotlight. If I create a hundred files and want to find a particular one for review, I should be able to easily do it. Bummer. :(
Is there a way to add a signature field to a PDF document and send it for signature by someone else? When I do this, Adobe Acrobat doesn't recognize the field and allow the person to add a signature.
When updating my subscribtion to the old version I must buy the key from the pc programs shop again. What can I do to update to the newest version without losing my serial number or subscribtion?
